What a cool and wonderful place this is… looking around the bar at Boundary Bay Brewery, I stare into the faces of the crowd who, were I to meet them on the street, I might easily dismiss in such self-gratifying terms as “too old”, “too hippie”, or “too unfashionable” to be reckoned with… White-haired grandparents with sky blue sweaters and dentures, guys in black track suits with gray hair and glasses, rednecks in camouflaged baseball caps…yet, here we are, drinking this amazing beer, in the warm, serene glow and ambiance of Boundary’s wood floors, wood tables and high ceilings. I am suddenly reminded that we all have something in common…something we all share. If not out there, then at least in here…
