Here’s how it works. You recruit agents into the company. They sell homes. You get paid. It’s that simple.
For example. Using that same Revenue Share Calculator I shared up above, let’s imagine you recruit some very average agents.
- You recruit agents that sell 6 homes per year.
- The homes they sell are roughly the national average of $200k each.
- Those homes have an average SOC of 3%
Are you with me so far? I’ve simply presented what a very average (if not below average) real estate agent can be expected to produce. Let’s continue…
- Let’s say you recruit 10 of these agents, yourself.
- Each of those agents then recruits only 2 of their own.
- Then each of those agents recruits only 1 agent, each
- Assuming ALL of these agents are performing at the same average level of 6 $200k homes sold in a year, you make…

That’s not a typo. You would earn almost $60k. Just from recruiting a handful of very average agents. Now imagine what the numbers would look like if you brought in some top producers! According to the NAR, the average Realtor did 12 transactions in 2012, at an average of $215,000.
That means residual income of $127, 710. Seriously. It really works that way. After only a few years in operation, we already have agents bringing in over $5000 every month from this program.
